Your tasks:
- Welcoming and assisting guests at check-in and check-out
- Processing reservations and enquiries by phone and email
- Managing guest accounts and billing
- Informing guests about hotel offers and local attractions
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry or comparable professional experience
- Professional experience at the reception desk is an advantage
- Good communication skills in Italian, German and English, other languages an advantage
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Good knowledge of ASA hotel software and MS Office
