Humans-only Hotel
We are a humans-only hotel – unfortunately, four-legged friends must stay at home.

The Hotel Plan de Gralba is mainly geared towards adult guests. Our "Sky Spa" wellness area can be used by children up to the age of 16 only until 4 pm. After that, the wellness area is exclusively available to adults.

There are also no special offers or facilities for children in the hotel itself, which is why we would like to point out that our hotel is less suitable for families with small children.

We thank you for your understanding and look forward to being able to offer you a relaxing stay.

We decided not to use the minibar. A minibar that is open around the clock, consumes a lot of energy and above all, has a huge impact on the environment. Since we view sustainability as an integral value, we decided to forego the minibar. However, we can provide a small refrigerator for drinks or medication upon request.

Unfortunately, we do not specialize in personal diets such as keto or low carb. However, we take into account your allergies and intolerances as well as vegan and vegetarian wishes. We create a simplified menu and do our best to provide you with a delicious and safe meal.

We respect our guests who are allergic to dog hair and ask you to leave your four-legged friend at home. For this reason we are a "Human Only" hotel. Thank you for your understanding.
