Try our homemade cakes, which are seductively sweet and simply irresistible. Enjoy local cured meats and cheeses, freshly made with great tradition. Accompany some bread with South Tyrolean honey and farmer's jams that taste of summer and sunshine. Our dairy products come from the region, butter is made from fresh hay milk, and crispy bread come from the bakery in Selva. For all gourmets, we offer organic eggs from South Tyrol – perfectly prepared just the way you like them.
