Chef de Rang

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for your own service station in the restaurant
• Advising and serving guests to a high standard
• Taking and forwarding orders and serving food and drinks
• Coordination with the kitchen and the service team
• Ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the restaurant area

 

Requirements:

• Completed training in the hotel or comparable professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in service
• Good communication skills in German, Italian and English, other languages an advantage
• Friendly and professional presence
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
