• Welcoming and assisting guests at check-in and check-out
• Processing reservations and enquiries by phone and email
• Managing guest accounts and billing
• Informing guests about hotel offers and local attractions
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry or comparable professional experience
• Professional experience at the reception desk is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Italian, German and English, other languages an advantage
• Friendly and professional demeanour
• Good knowledge of ASA hotel software and MS Office

Your tasks:

• Serving and taking care of guests in the restaurant and at the bar
• Serving food and drinks during meal times
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the work area

Requirements:

• Completed qualification in the catering sector or comparable professional experience
• Friendly and service-orientated appearance
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Good knowledge of Italian, German and English
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts

Your tasks:

• Cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
• Changing bed linen and towels
• Replenishing consumables such as soap and toilet paper
• Reporting technical defects and special circumstances

Requirements:

• Experience in housekeeping desirable
• Careful and thorough way of working
• Reliability and discretion

Your tasks:

• Preparation and presentation of cold dishes, salads and starters
• Ensuring the quality and presentation of the food
• Responsibility for the storage and processing of food in the Gardemanger area
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Support with menu planning and design

Requirements:

• Completed training as a cook
• Professional experience is an advantage
• Creativity and a flair for appealing presentations
• Ability to work in a team and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
